Edgewater Apartments

I cannot overstate this, absolutely do not rent with this property. This is by far the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. Maintenance requests go ignored or take forever to be addressed, the garbage is constantly overflowing, and management is completely uncommunicative with tenants if you have a problem. Parking is an absolute nightmare. There aren’t nearly enough spaces for the number of tenants, and they have no plans to fix it. They actually sent out a review questionnaire asking what they could work on, just to respond with basically "well, we can't make any changes." On top of that, their leases and conditions are awful. The ownership group is terrible to deal with, avoid this apartment. They didn't plan for nearly enough cars and the lot always fill up and you will have to park elsewhere at the risk of being towed by the ownership group.

The parking options are an absolute joke. Wayyy to many tenants with cars in comparison to the amount of parking spaces.
