Edge of the Woods mobile home park and property management-maintenance

My family has lived at this location for two years. We have never had a more efficient landlord. We love are home. Our landlord goes out of his way to make this trailer park a kid friendly safe environment. We will be spending many more years here. 💚

My family and I have been residents with this company for several years. As our family grows we are able to grow as well with suitable housing within this property management company. The landlord and staff are friendly and family oriented. I can always count on the management team when needed!!! Very honest and fair prices are a plus!!!

I’ve been living here over a year now. Landlord and maintenance crew finish things in a timely manner as far as repairs and lawn maintenance is always kept up on. It’s just a very warm hearted place to live in a quiet neighborhood.

Get what u pay for. Trailer we lived in first was without bed bugs. Then we got the chance to move into a bigger nicer one well they KNEW it was eat up w bed bugs and didnt tell us we spent well over 1500 on new couch new beds etc. All trashed bc of bed bugs. Refused to fix air conditioning we have 2 small kids thermostat got to 95 degrees and i quit paying rent well brent sued me for the 6 weeks i didnt pay rent. If u want bed bugs and plenty riff raff go ahead and rent from this place.

Edge of the Woods did a great job framing and drywalling my basement. Very intricate and tricky angles to overcome. Andrew was very professional and creative. Great work at a fair price! I highly recommend Edge of the Woods!
