I've lived here for about a year now and the only thing I like about this area is the convenience that it's so close to President George Bush tollway, Dallas, North Tollway, and 635. But as far as the complex, I definitely think they overcharge for what they provide here. The lady that lived next-door to me got evicted and her apartment was so nasty that I have been having bugs that were in her apartment come through to my side through the air vents. I've made several complaints and request to have pest sprayed and to have that apartment cleaned out, but since she's gotten evicted, it's taking them almost more than six months to get the apartment cleaned up. I made a complaint when it rained during the spring last year that my apartment had flooded and they did nothing to repair the damage

Hi!! I been living here for a month and 1 week now lol and I am happy to call the edge my home and I feel very comfortable here. I moved across states to be here! This is my first apartment ever and I had no issues and the issues I thought I had the maintenance guy quickly reassured me * I can’t remember his name* but he was able to show me certain areas of my apartment and how they operated. Samantha is very nice and communicated everything very thoroughly and helped me with my application process and payments and etc so thank you Samantha! and there was another lady that helped me get situated as well upon move in day she was the one who quickly got me set up for a parking permit to. This is the worst apartment complex ever. It is infested with roaches no matter how manny times they come spray it. The hired an ignorant towing company to enforce parking and have towed my vehicle twice despite the vehicle having a parking permit. They also make you pay a third party company additional money for parking and you’re only allowed to register one vehicle to park for an additional $10.44 a month. Any secondary vehicle registers as a guest to get a permit and costs you an extra $2.16 a day. That’s $75.24 every month added to your rent alongside other hidden fees. The worst thing is that the cars still get towed and cost you an extra $287 if picked up the same day or they add on an extra $22 every 12 hours. If I could give a zero star, I would. I've been here for six years with not too many issues, but the moment they switched management companies, I've had nothing but issues. They refuse to do basic maintenance. They broke my door trying to get in for one ticket I put in and then claimed I had the deadbolt on. I was not home so there's no way I can deadbolt it!! They want to fine you for every little thing and when you sign a new lease on a deal they offered, they act like you never did and tack on additional fees!! And when you call them all morning, they don't answer the phone!!!! I'm strongly considering breaking my lease, but either way this will be the last time I renew it.

I came today on a tour and it was unfortunately pouring raining and i was assisted by Emily she answered all my questions i am new to the state so there was a-lot and even though it was pouring raining she went out in the rain and showed me 3 different apartments and the amenities. I appreciate the great service i got . Emily was amazing.
