Eden Pointe

My move-in experience at Eden Pointe was smooth and well-organized. The leasing staff was professional, welcoming, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Communication was clear from the start, which made the entire process much less stressful. On move-in day, everything was ready for me keys, paperwork, and a walkthrough to ensure the apartment met expectations. The unit was clean and in good condition, showing attention to detail and care for new residents. I appreciated how the team checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, the process was efficient, friendly, and stress-free. I feel confident in my choice and look forward to calling this community home.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I’m so glad I chose it. The community is super family- and pet-friendly with a nice pool, two playgrounds, and a dog park. My son loves the playgrounds, which is a huge plus for us. Before I moved in there were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed in the apartment, and the maintenance team took care of everything immediately. The move-in process felt really smooth and I’ve felt taken care of from the start. So far it’s been a great place to live and I’m really happy here!

I love my apartment and the new paint makes all the buildings look really bright. The staff is amazing and anytime something comes up, they handle it right away and are always willing to help. i've lived here for several years and the rent continues to be affordable. i'm happy to call this home and have recommended many family and friends to live here as well over the years.

My family moved into Eden Pointe 2 months ago. This is our first apartment in the beautiful state of Florida and we couldn’t be happier. Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with, we had a bit of an issue with our credit check during the application process (something to do with our home state) and Kelly did not stop until she got the answers we needed. Since living here we have met wonderful neighbors, and any maintenance requests have been promptly taken care of. The maintenance guys are the best! They are friendly and efficient and always make sure you know exactly what they are doing. The communication is top notch. I never feel like I don’t know what’s going on. The property is beautiful and the renovations are looking great. I highly recommend Eden Pointe

I recently moved out after 3 year. They make their leases end one week into the month so you will be forced to pay a prorated rent, even if you are moved out by the first. The leasing office is extremely rude and unprofessional. I always paid my rent on time and in full and because I was under the impression I wouldn’t have to pay a prorated rent if I moved out by the first, they still continue to charge me late fees and charged me 383.00 for 8 days of me not being there, and try to belittle me when I called to let them that I had moved out on the first. It is extremely unfair to the tenant.
