If you're thinking about moving here... You should think twice. This place is far away from the luxury living experience they advertise. If you don't mind walking over dog's waste, cockroaches, bugs, trash, chicken bones, this is the place for you. I have lived here over a year and I really wanted this to be a long-term home, but the management company has let it go downhill. The dog park is a disgusting place to be in. Dog owners don't pick up after their dogs, there are literally dozens of poops. And the property workers never chemical wash the turf, making the odor pretty bad. There are also tons of flies all over the place. The trash pick-up often leaves things scattered on the road, and broken glass that my dog can step on! Inside of the apartment five stars. Maintenance very nice. Office staff is completely nerve racking. Lots of turnover and with that comes lack of knowledge. My lease renewal letter came $1,893. for 15 months on a two bedroom. The exact same units on each side of me are listed online for $1,614 and $1,633. (those were their prices online 01/20/2026) I went to speak to the manager about this and she confirmed that the corporate office has determined rent prices for my unit are currently going for around $1,600. My exact words to her "Then I would be a fool to pay $1,893." She gave me the option of packing up and moving to the unit next to me that is identical to the one I'm currently in. To me its obvious that would cost them money preparing my unit for someone new and it would cost me money

I’m very impressed with the maintenance team here. They were responsive, friendly, and took care of everything right away after my request was submitted. It definitely made me feel confident about choosing this apartment. Thank you!

A trash leasing office. And you won't find a record of me being a resident because we tried, the apartment was delayed and delayed and delayed, then when we went elsewhere and filed a chargeback you put a collection on my father's credit even though your incompetent property never fulfilled the move-in date. Dishonest and unethical company. Continuously giving us information that is incorrect, and this time was life altering. Told me multiple times the lease would be for X amount of times and would be X amount of dollars. Two days before moving in they give me the lease agreement and it is for a different term limit and different amount. My life is currently packed up in boxes and they decided to pull the rug out from under me. They had 0 empathy, did nothing to try and solve the issue and continued to reiterate that they can’t do anything. We even spoke to the management team above the employees at Eden (West Corp Management) and Roxanne was incredibly rude, hung up on us mid conversation, and did nothing to help.
