Absolutely horrific company to do business with. I left a review with the BBB So you can read the details there. Long story short, we were promised a home that was not able to pass inspections. They lied to us about dates and permits that were never submitted. They pushed our date back a number of times Which left us ultimately homeless with four children. Wouldn’t even give our deposit back even though the fault fell in their lap due to their lack of Due to the lack of communication and honesty.

The entire process was filled with frustrations, problems and delays from the very beginning. We should have done our research and read the reviews before putting an offer in on the house. We were told our home would be ready in early May of 2022 after numerous delays and failed inspections we finally closed November 30. Throughout the process, it seemed that no one within the company was communicating with the other. We were told numerous times that the house was ready to close. We would have people drive past only to see the house wasn't near completion. It felt like they would schedule work to be done and when the time passed they would mark it done without checking on the progress or workmanship in person. I overall like my house. The big issue was after closing. I am now more than 3 years in. I gave up trying to get them to finish obligations. It took forever to get someone to start the processes and people kept on vanishing. A subcontractor could not finish jobs since they were not being paid. It felt like a job trying to get small things finished. I wish people answered calls and emails. Good customer service after closing could have made this a 4 or 5 star review. Do not move in when there are things left to be done. I did when I had to move an extra time already after delays from promised completion. I wasted hours trying to get things finished and still they are not....

We were hoping to be closed on our new Ecosun home by this time, but it appears construction halted around 5 months ago and no one has been back to build since. We have tried to reach out a few times a month for updates, but we often do not hear back from them or they tell us they are looking to find a new contractor due to staffing issues. My new husband and I just want to be able to move into our new home and start a new family like we planned to, right after our wedding last month. We just want answers! Update: it has now been over 2 years since signing the builders contract, home is still not completed and now they say the home price is $90k more than the original listing price. A family of 3 expecting an addition to the family and with that we have the driving motivation to upgrade, up-scale, and improve our living situation.
