EcoSun Homes Design Studio - Palm Bay

Months after reassuring us our deposit would be refunded to us- directly by the CEO of the company, due to a mistake on behalf of their builders and sales team, I've still been given the run around and denied the return of my $6000 deposit. Their mistake was realized three weeks before our closing, and we were blamed for the cancelation of our contract, even though Ecosun listed, built and sold the property we were interested in as the wrong home. Communication is difficult and a return email or phone call from anyone is next to impossible. In my first posting of this negative review, I was asked to remove it by the company, which I did, out of respect for them handling the matter with tact and care, after they said the would expedite the return of my refund. Then it was 60 to 90 days. The

Met with Gina M. over the weekend and was extremely happy I did. Gina was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and even offered additional information on things I hadn’t thought of asking. I was very impressed with Ted Ferrer and the time he spent with me answering any questions I had as well as offering suggestions about my new build as well as homes that were already built. He was very forth coming and professional with me as well as pleasant,accommodating and attentive to my concerns and needs in the future.

EcoSun Homes exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire build. The quality of the construction is outstanding, and the home was completed on time and within budget. We’re very happy with the results and would gladly work with them again.

Buying a house from EcoSun was a great experience. Been living in my new home since October and have had quite a pleasant experience so far. Have not experienced any issues described by previous comments. Would recommend to ignore those. If you read other builders reviews and base your experience off of those experiences, you will not buy a house. The reviews are not accurate or up to date with the experience I had. Working with Shannon was fabulous, I would request to work with her or Mrs Gina. They will treat you the way you deserve. Jay was also a pleasure to work with.
