If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Read the fine print. They not only have outrageous interest rates, they also charge nearly $12 a day if your closing gets pushed back for enough or you lose the deal. It’s predatory, and they are not truly here to help. I do not recommend. It’s absolutely not worth it. If you’re in a bind, find ANY other route besides this company.

This company is extremely extension. Do not use them and they will harass you until payment. Find other means, but stay away from this company. I took out an advance on a listing and their fee was almost $2000, when another sale went pending they snatched that money without even talking to me and charged the same $2000 which was not right. They are really loan sharks- stay away. The amount they charge should be illegal. There's other more reasonable companies around that will not harass you and over charge you.

I would never use Ecommission's again! I used them back several years back and they were very nice, very accommodating which was why I was willing to use them and their high fees on an Assumption deal I had which I explained upfront. (closing could get delayed). Then the contract was a lot different than I was expecting and at that point I was past the point of no return and hopeful that the deal would just close on time and I would be ok...but it did not!! It got delayed and then harassing calls and texts, I finally had to unsubscribe from Texts and call the manager to ask him to please stop calling on my work line and sending emails to my office! I told them it would close eventually and they would get paid. Actually they just got paid yesterday and the deal isn't set to close for ano

Needed an advance as I had a closing that kept getting delayed and after assuring me that they’ve worked with my brokerage for years seemed to not understand how anything gets paid out at my company. They called to harass my office administrator, then they called me when I was on an appointment and followed up with an email to my manager 4 minutes later hinting that I don’t pay my bills. Pair that with their nosebleed high fees and I’m never going near them again.

Horrible and I will never use again. Deal was extended by the builder by 10 days. I’ve done several deals with them my tenure as an agent and they charged me a late fee. That policy is ridiculous. They allow you to submit for closings far out as 6 months yet charged me a late fee for a less than 2 month settlement date on a NEW CONSTRUCTION home. I will NEVER use them again. You should t either.
