Echo Lake

I've been resident here at echo lake for past two years and I love living here. Since new management, things are so well organized, team is on top of the maintenance request, everyone is kind and helpful. It's very safe and welcoming community. I especially appreciate Darrell and Giselle for their help, professionalis, how nice and kind they are! Team is amazing. Thank you! I had issue with previous management of how they handled maintenance, new management is absolutely amazing. When maintenance request is submitted, they will notify you who it has been assigned so you can expect the arrival. Team has female maintenance worker as well. I think this shows how much management cares about their residents and this is particularly so important and impressive.

The maintenance team here is wonderful! We had a problem with our air conditioning and put in a maintenance request. Giselle was here within the hour to fix the issue we were having. She is extremely competent, friendly, and efficient. We had our air fixed within ten minutes.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of Giselle Cabrera from the maintenance team in our building. She is always professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient at what she does. Every request is handled promptly, and her attention to detail truly makes a difference in keeping everything clean, safe, and running smoothly. What stands out the most is her positive attitude and willingness to help — she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Whenever there is a problem, she responds quickly and does her best to fix everything as soon as possible. I really appreciate her hard work and positive attitude. My air conditioner broke down, so I submitted a work order, and Giselle came right away to fix it. She did an excellent job. I am very happy with the new management this condominium has now. They truly take care of the community — they help residents, keep the place clean, and respond very quickly when something is broken. Giselle arrived very fast, helped me a lot, and took the time to explain what was going on with my air conditioner. She also explained how I can take better care of it to avoid future problems. I am very grateful to her for coming so quickly and resolving my AC issue. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the new administration and the great service they provide.
