Echo Apartments

I've been living at Echo for 6 months and just transferred to a bigger apartment. Management is always very helpful, friendly and responsive; Naomi made both my initial lease and the transfer now super easy. The property is very well maintained, huge thanks to Ramon from maintenance. He is the heart and soul of this place and always goes above and beyond to keep everything working. Echo is clean, and I feel very safe here. Community events, which are scheduled several times each month, are always fun and a great way to meet neighbors.

I have lived at Echo for five leases now and overall it has been a great place to call home. The location is excellent and the community is one of the biggest highlights. Neighbors are friendly and open, and it is genuinely easy to make friends here, which is not something you find everywhere in Dallas. Echo hosts a monthly resident happy hour, which I appreciate, but it has declined significantly. It used to be weekly and included Cane’s, local pizza, sandwiches, tacos, and margaritas. Now it is only once a month and usually just chips and soda. I met some of my best neighbors through these events, so it is disappointing to see the company continue to scale this back. We have had some great tenant events here at Echo since I've been here, including one series of several weeks when we had local restaurants come in and provide a buffet of samples from local venues. It was great to give newer residents a true "taste" of the area. This combined with movie nights, game nights or just outings in the neighboring community make for a nice way for those new to the area to get acquainted 'with' the neighborhood as well as fellow residents.

Moved in recently and the experience has been great! There was one note I had when moving into my new apartment. The office staff moved quick to resolve it the next day. Though I’ve not been able to attend any events yet, I see the apartment hosts regular community events which I really appreciate!

We are on our second year living at the Echo and we love it! We have a large, spacious, affordable 2 bedroom apartment with an extra large balcony. Maintenance is always extremely quick to respond to any needs we have and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
