The office clerks here are always working diligently to complete tasks and promptly attend to all requests, which is impressive considering the limited number of staff. Every service requested is delivered promptly, and I’ve never encountered any issues that took too long to be addressed. They even assisted me with requests before I even signed a lease. You can’t ask for better workers and services.

I had a great experience renting from Julia Medina. She was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I definitely recommend her.

Horrible place all around. Whatever you do, save your time and money! Alexa, Julia, the whole management team is absolutely horrible. You might as well move in at the zoo all the different bugs and critters that you’ll be sleeping beside. The leasing agent, Alexa, told me there were no issues at all with pests. She is genuinely a horrible person and just a genuine liar. The first night I stayed my food on the counter was contaminated from pests, disgusting! I genuinely made a mistake signing a lease at Eaton Square apartments. I hope that no one has to ever share these same experiences and deal with such horrible, disgusting people.

I have lived here for a year and I got rid of the roaches and critters. It really depends on how someone lives in these places. Never had a problem while living here and the leasing agents have been super helpful.

Hi, almost a week living in Eaton Square at Arlington, the leasing staff are great. I had a few issues with the apartment , but they resolved all very quickly. I still have some issues with the parking lot , but I know they “ The leasing staff & the management team ” will help me to find a solution. 4 stars, but as soon I have a resolution with the parking lot I will reevaluate my review. Update 04/23 -. Parking is the one factor making me hesitate about renewing my lease. Finding a space has become a nightmare—there are still plenty of cars without stickers, and if the towing company isn’t enforcing the rules, the problem won’t get solved. Update: Thanks a lot for the fast response regarding the parking spot , right now very happy to have chosen Eaton Square to live. One + star added N
