Eastwood properties is a joke, they do not take care of tenant needs. My car was broken into on the property and they essentially told me to suck it up. The overpriced washer and dryer looks to be from the 80s and rarely works, there’s no sign of them updating them anytime soon. For them to charge the rent they do and then charge for laundry is robbery. Now the employees(maintenance and office) are great and try to help but you can tell they are limited by the management. One manager threatened to kick out our family of 4 for sidewalk chalk on the outside wall of the building. That should tell you everything you need to know. They have shut off the water on us multiple times without notice. Our dishwasher was broken and dumping water, they sent out some guy who clearly didn’t know what he

Absolutely one of the worst property management companies. Maintenence leaves your apartment door open while doing work even knowing you have a cat registered to the apartment. Their idea communication is emails at the end of the business day so that there can be no responses back. They sent an email at 5:05pm saying they would be coming the next day, leaving you with less than 24 hours notice they are going to be coming in. There is 1 washer/dryer unit per 10 apartments, and they have taken over a month to get fixed. The apartments themselves are cheaply maintained. I will not recommend their apartments to anyone, as it has been more of a hassle to live there than it should be. If I could give a 0 I would.

I lived there a total of 4 years. They aren’t the nicest apartments or most high end apartments but in general they were clean, the neighbors were generally good. They would plow and shovel. The perfect place to stay comfortably, and live.

Not recommended the worker in the leasing office are not friendly at all. After paying the deposit by 5 hours they called me and asked me for a grantor who should his/her monthly income equal five times the rent which is unreasonable. I asked them to pay six months in advance or the whole amount at once. They refused and did not even try to give another solution while I was trying hard for 30 minutes to find one

Apartments are nice they have a few scraps here and there, maintenance staff is also super nice. My key is sometimes tricky idk why so it’s hard for me to get into my room. Nice place to live though.
