Eastshore Palm Bay

Initially, I was very happy with moving here. The office and the maintenance staff have all been quite helpful and nice and the initial experience up until now has been great. I have been a tenant for enough time to have observed some changes in the apartment complex. Recently, the Eastshore Apartments complex has leased out over 20 units to a short-term rental company called Hello Landing, which for all intents and purposes doubles as Airbnb. All of this has occurred under the noses of the long-term original tenants. No notices were ever given or dispersed in writing. Matter of fact, I would argue that many tenants still may not be aware, which is disappointing from a managerial point of view. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Maintenance is usually quick to answer any requests you have the same day or the next. The amenities are spectacular. I thought they said there was a place to wash your car but I have yet to find it. Complaints: moving into a newly constructed building: the floors are horrendous to keep clean and weren’t cleaned properly prior to move in. The glue from the tiles is awful to get off and I am still trying to try to find ways to keep it clean without getting on my hands and knees to scrub it. Wrong choice on their part. The hallways and elevators are filthy from the trash leaking or just dirty shoes and as I mentioned the difficulty of keeping the floors clean, and no one goes around to clean them. East Shore is SUCH a nice place!!! Megan is sooo nice and gives a great tour. These are the nicest most luxurious apartments in the Palm Bay Area, I know they will fill up very fast. Very convenient and affordable too.

Sean and the whole team have been nothing but helpful and on top of things whenever I had any questions or anything worked on in my unit!
