Eastport At The Park Apartments

This is a beautiful apartment complex. Well appointed and reasonably laid out and near both a school and not far from town. Very nice!

State subsidized apartments based on income Restrictions. You have to make a certain amount of money and can not make over a certain amount of money. They offer HUD housing vouchers. The 2 bedrooms have a large bathroom where the 3 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms 1 off the master and one in the hallway. The kitchen is a little bit bigger in the 3 bedrooms versus the 2 bedrooms. You don't pay for water but you can't have a hose to wash your car or hose off your porch.. There's common areas and you're not allowed to have lawn decorations in that area. Overall that's a great place. Only issues I have is that people smoke where they shouldn't and they throw their butts on the ground. They don't adhere to the parking rules as they should...And people don't always pick up their dog poop. It's apart

Unreal. After 3 mos..now that mold has taken over my entire apartment. I was offered another apartment to keep me quiet.Lost a great deal of furniture. Due to the mold.. There are other apartments with mold issues. One resident is moving out of complex this week. She to lost a great deal. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS CAUSING THE MOISTURE Yes it's pretty apartments But that's it

It's a great place to live it's really quite not a lot that goes on out here, lots of every nice neighbors everyone gets along with others, there's place for small children to play, I have been here for 2 years

Lived here for over two years and have never had any issues. Much better than some of the places I have lived.
