Extremely thankful for Greg Moss and Beaufort Realty. Greg went above and beyond to handle the sale of our family home Down East. He finished up the transaction after we had left the area and definitely had to handle some extra details for us. He was excellent with communication, patient with needing extra details and explanations, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and committed to get our home sold within days. He works tirelessly and is amazing at his job. Thankful he was in our corner and handled all the details for us!

There are not many options for housing and rental companies in Beaufort, but I’d strongly advise anyone considering using Beaufort Realty to find another rental property company. This company is notorious for failing to maintain homes and taking advantage of tenants, often putting them in dangerous living situations. This was my experience. I rented 107 Beaufort Walk from Beaufort Realty and had an awful experience from both the rental company, Beaufort Realty, and the landlord. When I moved in, the house was filthy. I had to pay for cleaners and was told by Beaufort Realty that they would compensate me. I was never compensated. My wife and I have bought three different properties through Beaufort Realty and Greg Moss. Absolutely nothing but the best customer service. Greg always promptly responds to emails and phone calls and if he isn’t available to speak with us at the moment he will return our call within a very reasonable amount of time. Greg is extremely knowledgeable about the area, banking , and realty business. Greg has gone above and beyond creating videos of properties that we are unable to view in person (we live in MN). Thank you Greg Moss you make our property search and buying experiences much more positive.

My husband and I found a house at Harkers Island on Diamond City Dr. that we were seriously interested in. I called Beaufort Realty on January 11 and was given a tour date of Friday, January 13. I asked if very many people had looked at it, and I was told we were the first to schedule a tour. Thursday, January 12, we got a phone call saying that we needed to change the appointment time until later in the day, on the 13th, which was fine. My husband took off half a day work for us to take the 1 and 1/2 hour trip down there. The day of, we got a phone call saying that the appointment has been canceled.
