We were initially drawn to the community because of its stunning aesthetics and overall beauty — it truly is a visually appealing and safe neighborhood. However, buyer beware: there was clear misrepresentation involved during the sales process. We were promised amenities such as a pool, retail spaces, and walking trails — none of which exist. On top of that, the HOA fees are extremely high, despite offering virtually nothing in return. Worse, the builder has not honored the warranty. We encountered issues with our home due to a construction error, and we’re now out $3,500 trying to resolve it ourselves. I was initially impressed by the homes etc. Now that I live be in the community I have experienced a lack of communication from the builder and the agent. I could not use my garage/driveway for approximately a month due to new construction and was promised to have my driveway pressure washed and a gift card for the inconvenience. I have not received either and when I send emails to inquire I receive the run around or no response at all (it has been months). Not to mention that a reminder was not provided of when work would begin leaving a neighbor challenged with getting their car out of the garage. They also did not notify us that the work was complete and we could access our driveways/garages. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and would like to warn potential clients to b

These homes are absolutely beautiful. However, before closing on your home, make sure everything you see that needs to be fixed, gets fixed before closing. Don't believe in the "I'll be back to take care of it". We're still getting the run around over a year later on items on our list. We have a tub that we haven't been able to use, we have a pot filler, that we have not been able to use, and other items.

I love the design of all the homes...the townhouse and the Habersham were my favorites. The agent or agents had smoked in the home with the red door, so it was an unpleasant tour of that home only. Wearing a mask and the strong smell of smoke caused me to have to step out of the model to get some fresh air. I think it will be a wonderful community.
