If I could give zero stars, I would. When I first moved into this property, management was decent — but since then, there have been five different management teams, each worse than the last. Thankfully my lease is finally ending, because I would never consider renewing here. My biggest issue started when new neighbors moved in and completely trashed their unit. They ignored quiet hours, caused disturbances, and brought a roach infestation into my apartment, which had been spotless and pest-free for years. Despite police involvement and months of complaints, management refused to take proper action. Even though he’s a new manager who has only been here for about a month, he has already made a meaningful impact. We recently encountered an issue with our leasing promotion, and Abram handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. In person and through email, he took the time to carefully read and listen to our concerns, review the situation thoroughly, and respond thoughtfully every step of the way. STAY AWAY! This place is terrible. Everything looks nice but when you actually live here you’ll regret signing that lease. EDIT: The office saw my review and the Property Manager called me three days later. She was supposed to stop by to assess the gnat infestation but she never did. It took 3 days for the office to figure out where I lived despite them having my full name. She wanted access to my apartment & I declined because every time I open the door more gnats get in the apartment. I suggested she stop by anyway just to wait in front of my door so she could gauge the situation by the amount of gnats flying around & the amount of loose garbage that remains all over the floor. UPDATE 07/17/24: STILL A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AND IT’S GETTING WORSE. GATES STILL BROKEN. Large parties of non residents keep coming to the pool after the management office closes and they even wake me up at 2am in the morning. Very very loud, they damage the furniture and don’t let anyone sleep. I’ve had altercations with them 3 times and they are very aggressive. MY SAFETY IS AT RISK BECAUSE THEY HAVE SEEN ME AND I MAKE EASTMAR COMMONS AND ZRS MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO ME, MY FAMILY, AND MY BELONGINGS. I’ve lived here a few months and am very happy with the community, apartment and the staff. They are always very helpful and greeted me warmly my first visit. Maintenance is quick and friendly, they wave every morning on my way to work. I’ve not experienced any problems with pest control, I feel safe here and would recommend this community.
