This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I moved in, it’s been clear that this a place that is genuinely well-managed and the resident-focused. The management team is professional, approachable, and consistently responsive- they communicate clearly and actually follow through which is rare and incredibly appreciated. Maintenance deserves special recognition requests are handled quickly, efficiently and with care. Issues aren’t just patched up-they’re fixed properly often faster than expected. Perhaps the longer I stay here the rating will increase more yet I have seen at least 3 management changes while living here and feel that the current team is the reason the my review has gone up to 3 stars. I will start with the good things that I have noticed. The team is more communicative and does events with the community. Like offering donuts, tacos, and Chick-fil-A. I see staff policing and picking up trash around the property and especially around the mail boxes. It always bothered me seeing how much junk mail would be blown around because residents didnt feel like walking to the trash can by the playground. I would just pick up as much as I could whenever I went by. They put a trash can at the mail boxes and they check the area more than past management. At least 3 of our mainten

The best staff ever! Kylee was so patient and understanding throughout my entire moving process. I was relocating from Florida to Atlanta during a very difficult time in my life — my dad had just passed away — and Kylee even called to check on me. That truly meant so much. This move wasn’t easy, but she made the process smooth and reassuring. When Kylee was out, Ashley stepped right in and took over seamlessly. She was just as understanding and helpful. Everything they told me about the apartment was absolutely true. Everything was new and remodeled, and the apartment itself is remarkable. The property is beautiful, and even though they were short-staffed, they still answered my calls and addressed all my questions without any issues. I’ve seen such an amazing transformation in these apartments since the new ownership took over. The growth and improvements have truly taken this property to a whole new level. You can tell management is focused on creating a fresh, welcoming, and elevated environment for residents. The upgrades and attention to detail really make a difference. The leasing agents are always pleasant, professional, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and informed. Maintenance also does a great job keeping the property clean, safe, and well maintained. Requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The front office staff is amazing! I know for a fact I'm a pest, and they are always super patient with me. Even the the manager is friendly and super responsive to calls and emails.This management team is making some positive changes. I love the community events they throw luke Chic- fil-a breakfast. Not only does it feed residents, but it gives us an opportunity to meet one another when we might not have otherwise. And despite being in " the hood", I've had extremely positive experiences with the residents here. Also, shout out to the maintenance team, they fulfill work orders quickly and efficiently. Shout out to Miguel! He was super friendly, and took his shoes off in my home like my sign asks. Keep up the great work!
