I rented the tent for my wedding First off we were not sent with any instructions. As we are trying to put this together, my grandmother was hit the head by one of the polls because there’s no instructions to show us how to put it together. Secondly, as we are trying to put it together we are finding that there is a lot of parts missing and extra parts which made it even harder to try to figure out how to put it together. I had to drive up about a mile from camp to be able to get cell phone service to call. We’ve checked the invoice and the parts that we have and there’s parts missing and there’s extra parts of other things that make no sense on how they’re supposed to be put together and I was told that I would get an email on the instructions. Rented snake with 4 inch attachment FOR $200 and spent 5 hours trying to do job. The attachment was missing a lot of the teeth and what teeth were there were dull as can be. We were unable to fix plumbing problem. Returned snake & told them of problem & they ONLY refunded $45.00 out of the $200.00. Can't rent another snake anywhere else for $45.00! Will never use this business again! VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Good way to lose good customers! This is prime example why and how businesses go out of business.

Rented a skidster. 4 hour into the job the tire went flat. Took it to commercial tire and they fixed it. Said it was a bad valve stem. Returned skidster and explained the tire went flat because of a valve stem leak. Didn't get any kind of discount for not getting my 8 hours. I never rented from a place that didn't make an effort to be fair.

We have rented their Kabota garden tractors so much they practically know me by first name. Their equipment is always in great shape, and I have yet to call and not find what I am looking for. Their staff are awesome, and friendly and go out fo their way to be helpful.
