As a first time homebuyer, we came into the process with zero knowledge and a lot of questions. Amy did a fantastic job communicating with us, as well as providing recommendations for other providers (loans, titles, etc.) who are great at working with newbies like us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and always adds her genuine opinion when asked. The home we ended up buying, initially we had no desire to tour, but it was Amy’s expertise that pointed us in the right direction. It was fabulous to work with her!

Amy at Compass help us purchase a home in Baker City. Couldn't have been happier with her during the negotiation process, closing, and after closing as she went above and beyond after the sale was final to continue to help us. She helped with people to take care of the house before we could get to Baker full time with many aspects including landscaping as well as just driving by to make sure all looked good. She has continued to help out by recommending other contractors that might be needed and genuinely cares about us, the neighborhood, and the community.

From start to finish, Amy is fantastic to work with. She exhibits nothing but professionalism and the utmost integrity in her practice. Amy is extremely knowledgable in her field, which was very helpful as my situation was unique given the aspects of the property I was selling. Amy's responsive and supportive approach combined with her knowledge base made this entire experience of selling and purchasing at the same time as easy as possible. 100 stars!

4 years ago, we started the journey with Amy at compass real estate. She did everything in her way to find us a perfect house listened and showed us things and was completely honest with us. then life changed and we got told we could build a house. We were excited, told Amy sorry for the inconveniency and then a couple years later we did not build a house life happened. I contacted Amy in great spirits, she was open-hearted and told us we would find a house that would work wonderful for us and check off all my check marks. this year. Amy found us a house. It took us a while but she did it. She's amazing person. I would recommend her and her. Company to and buddy. they are family more than just us being another person.

Amy has taken care of me in both the buying process (twice) and the selling process. In all three instances she informed me of what to be prepared for, what to expect, and where fair prices were based on criteria I didn't know to look for.
