Eastbrook Apartments

I got home and there was a strong smell of gas. There was 3 other neighbor outside because of the smell of gas. I called the office to report it Robin answered the phone and with an attitude he said (Why am I calling the office to bothering them. That I needed to call the gas company. I told him I'm a tenant and this is a emergency. He said Forget it I'll call and hang up. The neighbor that was outside with me heard him. Robin Perez is unprofessional and uncaring. Carlos Crespo

Lynette is an angel! She is always on top of things. I really appreciate the maintenance team here as well. Love the convenience of the online portal where I can make service requests and get immediate follow-up. Management takes very good care of the common areas. You’d be blessed living here.

The faculty and staff are very friendly and family like. It’s a great place to live and there are really nice people here that makes you feel welcome. Furthermore Robin and Rebecca are great property managers and helped me with many things. They are friendly supportive and care about the community.

Lance and Lynette are incredible property manager. They aways go above and beyond. To keep the Eastbrook apartment always looking great. hope they know how much the tenants appreciate I love living Eastbrook Apartments it's a very friendly environment

I have been in this community for some years,seen different management come through and I have to say that I hurt at the careless actions of this company.Eastbrook is mainly a government assisted housing but the company makes it very difficult to live here.The company has linked up with a disgusting tow company who charges a community $100 to take your car off the latch or if your car gets towed to their lot $100 to get it out.FJR Towing has made a significant amount of money from this government assisted community which is so sad.While you have visitors their cars have been towed.2024 till now has been upsetting for residents,February 9,2025 I was in church speaking and at 11am Eastbrook is out shoveling on a weekend.Now while church may not be important ti many that’s fine but to be in c
