I was just calling to ask a question and someone picked up being rude very rude like that’s not professional at all do better.

Many people don’t appreciate strong women... especially one who can stay on top of an entire complex! Communication is different between all individuals, but, when a hard working human does her job, tenants should be grateful for safety and hard work on the staffs behalf! I’m thankful for the manager of Eastwinds in Spencer!! I feel safe being a tenant!

Manager is not nice and puts you on the defensive because of her attitude of talking to you like a child or someone illiterate. She doesn't let you finish a sentence. Really thinking about canceling my appointment. Lord show me the way.
