I purchased a new construction home from east Texas Homes in August of 2022. I have had many major issues with the home. For example, when I first moved in I noticed the water heater was not working at all. When I notified them they kept coming over to check it and replacing parts from the water heater. It took multiple visits of replacing parts, and many days without hot water for them to fix the problem. My fence had a broken part, and when I informed them about it they kept putting it off and never fixed it. They installed an old heat pump into the home. The unit that was installed has an outdoor unit that was manufactured in 2017. The unit broke down several times and required service and had parts replaced. ETH recently completed a job remodeling my grandparents bathroom. They did a wonderful job, working quickly but sparing no detail. I highly recommend Tyson, he was professional, kind, & overall made the whole process much easier.

We are currently working with East Texas Homes and are very excited about the process. My husband has designed our house with the features we need for our hugely blended families, and this company has ALL OTHERS BEAT by far! In this crazy economy, we also feel that their prices are reasonable and they aren't going to "surprise" us with any "uh-ohs" ...we are continuing the process and I will update as we move along into the future!

East Texas Homes built me a beautiful home. It turned out to be so much nicer than I could have imagined. I love my home and anytime I need them, they answer my calls right away. Now they will be building an addition for me and they have been first class with their professionalism and communication. I trust them.
