Im 5 months into my lease and the most basic issues have yet to be resolved. They keep switching managers and workers in the office. Nothing is consistent. They don't reach out to you regardless of the emails and calls you make. I still have yet to receive a mailbox key so I can't receive mail here. Just the worst management team ever. This place has the worst front office staff. Constantly new people in the office because they send people from other places to help right all the wrongs here. They won't honor your move in special. If you can get through, and I do mean IF, the apartments are very nice. The property itself needs work done, trash clean up, gates to be fixed. But the unit itself is nice. I am super happy with the attention I received at the office. Miss Donna helped me. She was excellent. I really didn't know how to apply. She helped me with my application step by step and explained everything to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She deserves a lot of stars. I was really delighted because she was always attentive to my process. And she's the only one who speaks Spanish there.

Beware of this property I’ve been living here for far too long, its nice and security passes by randomly on the outside but inside we’ve have had no pest control for YEARS most apartments are invested and no reliable maintenance workers. They come and go because they are so far behind. This property seems to NEVER get a work order done. I waited for light bulb for my outside porch took about 4 months. Saw my neighbors apt get broken into couldn’t see the intruders because no lightbulbs on our whole block. I have a several holes in my roof and leak that seems to not be found so they cut again and again. I’ve reported to Merna from corporate office & manager Crystal, NOTHING CHANGED. They treated me super well throughout the entire process. She is very reliable and safe. I highly recommend Donna Álvarez. She is bilingual and is super attentive to your entire process. I highly recommend her. Thank you, I loved her.

Overall love our new abode. However, quite disappointed that the washing machine is not working. Water leaking from the bottom when started so with this cold weather, I was not able to get a jump on doing our laundry. Dryer basically only works on one setting and can only dry very small light loads. I went to do laundry and thought I’d bring home to dry. Should’ve done it all at the washateria. Also, not si much on you but I was to have my Verizon internet box delivered and the office closed early on Friday 1/17 yet my tracking shows someone from the office signed for it. But other than that, I am happy with everything else overall.
