East Bay Flats Apartments

I just moved in this week and the staff has been so helpful! Everything was smooth during the application process. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are as great as they look. The residents have been friendly but not intrusive. It’s a great location for commuting to Tyndall. I’m so happy I found them! The playground is incredible too!

I have been in these apartments for almost 5 months, and one thing I adore is the mailing process, i love the mailing process. Amazon locker is amazing, you can check your packages in their office as well, they will look over them for you. These apartments are not pricy and they offer a beautiful view of the bridge and sunset with beautiful blue water. Perfect place for a new military member like me:)

Me and my Husband have been living here for 5 months and I must say this apartment complex is perfect. I love everything about it especially the Amazon package pick up the app lets you know and go and pick it up, the apartment office will also hold your package inside as well. The view is amazing and it’s also perfect for Military couples who just got stationed

East Bay Flats has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve been working with Cadence for months to get the perfect unit and she found the best one for us and our pup. They really want people to live here and have amazing experiences so they work very hard to make sure the place is perfect and resolved any issues we’ve had immediately. The unit was pristine and move in was easy! The amenities make it feel like a vacation home. The ladies in the office are amazing and fun!

Cadence was a huge help & the absolute sweetest. Made the entire moving in process a breeze and entirely stress free. The front office staff entirely are so nice, overall great environment over here.
