The owner is a slumlord and only cares about money and the "property manager" is useless and very condescending! The cons are there are no signs where which building is located, so ambulances, police, delivery drivers, ect can never find the building they're looking for (even in an emergency) also if the fire alarm goes off it takes the fire department 15/20 minutes to get there. If you have a maintenance emergency Sometimes, they won't fix it till the next day. I have been without hot water several times. There are no lights on the buildings at night to see which buildings are where so literally everyone new gets lost, The rent is raised $100 or more every year, with absolutely nothing to benefit the tenants. I used to live here two years ago. It was easily the worst apartment complex I lived in. I had bed bugs for months, which resulted in a ruined mattress and couch. I had to call the cops on the neighbors cause I couldn’t sleep at night with all the noise they were making throughout the night. The Management lady, Cheri, was completely rude to me and had no empathy when I tried to approach her about the issues I was having. I moved out once my 1st year was up.

Worst place to live ever!!!! Mario the landlord is extremely nice. But the place is a dump. We thought we were moving into a decent place with new rugs. The rugs were cleaned with the rug doctor upon us moving in. So within a week, they were back to there flat disgusting look. And there's bugs everywhere!!! And I mean everywhere!!!! I even found a huge bug on my 9 month old daughter!! Half the washing and drying machines don't work. The pool, has no chlorine it feels like gross warm water. The hall ways, all of them smell! Its so cheap because it really is a dump!

All the buildings have a name, which is on the buildings, along with the apartment numbers in that building. I have never had anyone be rude to me and I have lived there over 25 years. If I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved. The rent does go up every year, quite a bit more than it used too.

what a shame to hear that this place has gone down hill with new management. i used to live here as a kid with my younger sister, stepmom, and father. in fact, my father was really good friends with the previous owner, mario. we had two apartments here, one on the third floor and then our last one which was on the first floor. just looking at these apartment buildings makes me nostalgic. i remember running down the steps with my sister, racing across the scorching hot blacktop in the summertime to get to the gated pool, and then after hours of swimming we would go back to the apartment and watch TV on the futon. we left around 2014-2015 i believe but during my time living there, i don't remember anything bad at all. like i said, what a shame that this place is just not what it used to be.
