Taunton Gardens

I’ve made this place my home in a very short amount of time and I truly love it. It feels private, and there is so much storage and space. It has everything I wanted including AC for the summer and an in-unit washer/dryer. The parking is convenient as well. I feel really lucky to call this place home. The communication from the leasing management office has been great, and they’ve been helpful and check up on residents which I appreciate because it allows me to feel comfortable if I’ve needed something. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here and would recommend it!

My fiancé, our rabbit, and I recently moved into Taunton Gardens for our first time living on our own, and we love our complex and the community. The apartment is lovely and very spacious, including a beautiful, brand new kitchen. The complex is close to many shopping places and restaurants within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend Taunton Gardens to anyone looking for a place to live. Big thanks to our leasing manager James for making our move-in fast and easy to accomplish

We have had a very positive experience with Taunton Gardens Leasing Personnel. James has been very responsive and welcoming. We are excited to be part of this community given our experience with the application process and move-in. The current online process is difficult to follow but they are upgrading to make that a better experience for new tenets and applicants.

Just moved into the community and I could not have asked for a better experience. James was beyond helpful throughout the entire leasing process, and has even taken the time to reach out and make sure we have settled in without issues! Super kind and personable staff all around! The complex itself is so clean. Playground is nice! The one service request (which was just to replace a light above the sink) was completed before I even got off my work shift, less than 8 hours later! Grateful to have found this gem and highly recommend making this your new home too 😊

James and the team in the leasing office made our transition into Taunton Gardens Apartments seamless! He was more courteous and helpful than anyone could expect! Entire team Sean’s great and properties seem very well maintained. Very happy with the choice!
