East at Innovation Apartments

After moving year after year finally found a spot where it’s quiet and safe. I love the trail behind the apartments where I’ll go on evening walks and see everyone’s dogs. I had an amazing leasing agent Ibeth showing the perks of the apartment complex in which led me to sign! Love her energy and excitement of what other benefits it has to live here. Definitely will renew my lease!

If you haven’t heard of Eight at East yet, well now you’re welcome. Eight at East apartments is located at the start of Avalon, which makes it a quiet location. Nice & clean property. Offers a nice walking trail w/ a nice view for you and you fur babies. Personally my experience has been great. Thank you Aracelis (leasing agent) who helped us get the perfect apt. & for always being accessible and sweet to us, even on hectic days.

I had a wonderful experience working with Miss Aracelis Ayala , and I want to sincerely thank her for her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the leasing process. She answered every question I had and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Had an awesome tour of the apartment complex thanks to the one and only Ibeth!! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew their stuff. They showed me around without rushing, answered all my questions, and made the whole thing feel simple and comfortable. Honestly just a great vibe all around - you can tell they actually care and want to help you find the right place. Definitely one of the best experiences l've had while looking for an apartment.
