Eagles Pointe Townhomes

Just signed our third lease renewal. I love it here. Quiet, peaceful. Maintenance always responsive. Unlike my last place, you don't hear neighbors through the walls, or have your place shaking from neighbors walking through their homes. Kids around here don't appear to cause any trouble, and my home doesn't smell like weed from neighbors smoking 24/7. Yes they raise the rent every year, but so does everywhere, and not unreasonably so. I was disappointed when they closed down the pool, but I understand why. Central air doesn't work very well on the upper floors in summer is my biggest complaint, but I make do. Edit: I have to correct my comment on maintenance and the office staff. They are AMAZING! My family and I lived for two years here. We enjoyed every single day of being part of this quiet and safe community. Countless aspects to consider living there, the manager Crystal, is an approachable and eager person to resolve issues, the maintenance guys were always very responsive and respectful, plenty of space and privacy. My wife, my two dogs, and I have lived at Eagles Pointe for a year and a half. We absolutely love everything about the community. It's quiet, safe, and overall a great place to call home. Neighbors are respectful and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. I would recommend Eagles Pointe to anyone I know!

LOVE Eagles Pointe! Everything about living here has been a great and stress free experience. Crystal has always taken care of us and the maintenance staff is professional and responsive to any needs we have. Great location near Wegmans and Onondaga lake park which makes it a very convenient place to live.

**Update - after living here 5 years, paying rent on time, never having major issues we bought a house and asked for them to work with us and have empathy to let us out of our lease early as you cannot choose when you recieve and accepted offer and close - espeiclaly in this market. With buying a house, having to pay 2 extra months of rent is a giant burden. We tried to offer to pay 1 month - where we would be fully moved out and they could paint and clean and have ready for someone in october, but they were unwilling to accommodate us because it was not in thier financial favor.
