We moved in 4 months ago to a remodeled 2 bedroom. It's beautiful and the space is great and it's clean. I wanted to give some time before giving a review, because sometimes things are better in the beginning, but I still love it. It's close enough to our work in Summit County and although we have to commute, the rent here is so much cheaper. Parking can sometimes be tight over by our apartment. And sometimes we hear the neighbors, but we expected that. The exterior and halls could use some upgrades, but honestly once I shut my door my place is my space. Overall I am pleasantly surprised.

Very bad experience. Asbestos ridden for over a year of my lease and was taped up like a crime scene. Black mold too. Also they keep 50% of your security deposit even if when they tell you when you move in they will be remodeling everything when you leave, and then charge you for the new carpet. Inconsistent rent charges, scary loud noises, neighbors who you think are homeless knocking on your door asking for a ride. Very strange experience. Thank you wheelhouse/ boutique apartments!!

Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. Would give 0 stars if allowed. Between the asbestos around every building reducing the walkways, laundry machines not working for majority of our lease at $4.00 a load, inconsistent billing- ie charges not being there for months then coming at 6 month clips, cracked window frames that have exposed nails on doors that rip clothing- cut and scratch you, terrible snow removal- walk ways unshoveled or plowed for days on end, parking spaces never get cleared even when the snow is practically slush and would be easy to take care of, you can expect the dumpsters to sit out in the middle of the parking lot all winter because people are too lazy to that the 10 minutes to snow blow the drifts that build up in the beautiful wooden structures built to house the

I spent last winter season in a 2 bedroom. The apartment was great, plenty of space and storage room and everything was well furnished with great services. Internet was fast and reliable any when I accidentally broke the lock on my front foor, the office had it fixed within about two hours. The location is great and we had a wonderful view of Mount Massive right out our living room window. My brother and I roomed here and it was a great place to call home. We never had any issues with management, in fact it was the opposite. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Late in the season I had a pretty ugly snow boarding accident and had to move back to the east coast, the office team was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. If at any point I move back to the Rockies, thi

When I moved to L-ville, I was frantic to find place to live. I got a two bedroom on the third floor. GREAT view of the mountains. The apt. was very nice. new paint, nice carpets, pretty nice. Not too keen on the wash house, but hey. The management was very nice, helped in everyday. I had great neighbors, but the "kids" below me who sometimes had loud verbal arguments. But over all, I would still be there, but I am a house buyer, not renter. But this place filled the need and I would recommend.
