This listing is a trap. You have to click my profile (googles choice not mine) to see photo evidence. The back of the house looks to be full of mold and the back addition is not suitable for people . I called Amy prior to taking the drive to leadvile to ask what was wrong with the property (the price told me it would need some work) she said it was cosmetic. This property has so many issues. An open lot and new build would be far better. This is the property 229 E 4th St, Leadville, CO 80461- This is the photo they left out of the back of the house.
