Pete was referred to us by word of mouth after not being able to secure an inspector to complete an inspection within a strict deadline. He was very responsive and worked around our schedule to make sure that we had all of the information we needed to make a decision on the home. Pete was incredibly thorough and helped us avoid a purchase that wasn't right for our family. He worked around our schedule and really took the time to explain everything to us as first time home buyers. My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers and this was our second time going through the home inspection process. We hired Pete for an inspection on a purchase of a 2-family home. When I called to inquire about his services, he was so upbeat and easy to talk to that it was a great indication that he would be extremely thorough and welcome all the questions I had. He already spent about an hour on the phone talking about the properrty while he looked at the listing on line! It was one of the main reasons I went ahead and hired him, aside from his qualifications, years of experience, and teaching credentials. This was not the first property we’ve bought. Most inspections are pretty quick and you get a templated report in a day or two. Pete is a wonderful person to work with. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and willing to help. When I bought my house he did a very thorough inspection of the foundation and gave good information about what present and what was needed in the future.
