Eagle Run by Pulte Homes

My wife and found Eagle Run just driving around one afternoon. We moved to the Meadows in Shallotte about 15 months ago. After the drive through we said to each other too bad we did know about Eagle Run before purchasing in Shallotte. So, we investigated the homes available and put ours up for sale. We are very excited to be a member of Eagle Run, and we have met more neighbors in one week versus 1 year in Shallotte. Our Pulti home is great and beautiful.

Love my home! Great quality and perfect floor plan for me! Price was very competitive and process was easy! All minor issues were handled quickly and efficiently! There were no major ones so that was even better! I am really happy in my home, this neighborhood and this area of town.

Eddie Nassan, our construction manager, was professional in every way and treated us with respect.. Eddie's performance and attitude is the reason our satisfaction is so high with Pulte. Susan Martino is also a great asset for your company. She is so positive, knowledgeable, and provided us with information that was needed to help us transition to a new state and community. Eagle Run is the perfect community for us.

We’ve been in our Pulte home at ER for 19 months. Not long after moving in and well within our 10 month punch list and after, we have consistently documented and reported areas on our island doors and drawers of paint easily chipping off. A Pulte Manager and Pulte Director have come to the house to see the condition of these new cabinets. Our experience in getting this matter resolved has consisted of numerous emails to our Pulte Customer Rep., a Pulte construction manager, a Pulte Director of Build Quality and the Pulte VP over this area in an attempt to get this taken care in a more realistic timeframe. Through many service requests submitted by Pulte, they had the vendor, Carter Lumber, come to the house for repairs only to bring the wrong door / drawer pieces, wrong color, wrong

Pulte ruined our celebration of moving into our new home. Could not shower because the water backed up. Every trade abused our home including the construction manager and the sales rep who out right lied through the whole process. The Pulte GC told us to burn it down its garbage. The Pulte warranty office continued to put our claims off or did not show to fix our construction issues. Pulte are a bunch of crooks and hire contractors taught by u tube videos. Do not make the same mistake we did. Buy elsewhere.
