When selling your home with a ReMax agent to another ReMax agent goes horribly wrong. Let's start with the buying agent missing every deadline including closing late and extending due diligence because they claim to not know what it means. Our selling agent was more interested in keeping the peace in the office than representing us. This included not being present for our home inspection and never once made sure deadlines were met on the buyers side. The home inspector that was hired spent half the day making up lies to drive the price of the house down and their contractor kicked my side garage door till it broke.
