terrible managment system! there is a dead rat in the wall of our kitchen. oh god, terrible smell! unhabitable place! then we learned there had been ongoing issues with multiple roof rats in the building weeks prior, and that management was already aware of the problem. that said, they basically do not care about you. we asked them to solve this a couple of times both in writing and in person, but they did not call an exterminator even though the repair man working here suggested that. we have to endure the dead rat smell for two weeks! oh god! we’re also international phd researchers here. the management lady made us feel overlooked and disregarded and they lie A LOT! we expected basic responsiveness and professionalism, but unfortunately they do not care. sorry to say this but we cannot

The staff workers are very rude and unprofessional. The manager doesn’t know how to do her job. AC never works and the pools are always dirty (even when open). Bottom floor floods really bad and they don’t do anything about it. Pest control is always there because they have rats, roaches, possums, and everything else in the apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Management is wonderful. Victoria is professional and courteous and really goes out of her way to provide for residents. She always handles needs promptly and even text when packages arrive. I absolutely love the diverse and friendly residents. It is close to the university and park. It is a great place to live.

This place is absolutely horrible. SOO unprofessional and no “workers” know anything that’s going on around there. Apartment was also disgusting and AC never worked and was never fixed. Electricity bill was crazy expensive and AC could not get higher than 80 degrees in the summer. My apartment faced the pool and there were nights that people would be blasting music all night on weekdays. It was also a dangerous area and i had to call the cops 4 times living there for a year. I paid an extremely high deposit and received nothing back as well, even though i left the apartment nicer than it was when I moved in. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Don’t even think about living here.

I’ve lived here for 3 almost 4 years and all I can say is the apartments are disgusting, the managers are never in the office, they never answer the phone, the maintenance takes forever, and the laundry room never works. Maybe if the managers were more concerned with cleanliness and professionalism, instead of threatening to punish their tenets, then maybe things would be better. Also packages have been going missing and nothing seems to be done about it. I’ll also mention that all of these problems have been with recent management. I’ve never had a problem with past management.
