Eagle Rock Apartments at Nashua

I live at 20 croteau ct Manchester nh my name is David Bilodeau. We have the the best landlord of all the eagle rock apartments. Her name is Tammy DiMaggio she is very helpful and caring person. Also her maintenance guy Marty is very helpful too if you need help they are there for you. They are on the ball with everything. I would recommend eagle rock apartments to anyone.

I would strongly advise against renting here. The property manager is incredibly incompetent and unresponsive, making even simple issues unnecessarily difficult to resolve. There are constant outrageous charges and random add-ons that were never clearly explained. Residents are even being charged for gas despite there being no gas service in the buildings, which makes absolutely no sense. Communication is poor across the board — emails and calls go unanswered, and concerns are ignored. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I've just moved in and it was easy and very quick thanks to Mayson, who has been extremely responsive and helpful. My apartment is very cleanly set up with very nice appliances and lots of room between the dining area and living room area. The neighborhood seems pretty quiet so far also. I've only been here a few days but my first impression is very good.

I love living at ER. From the start, the team has been so welcoming and always willing to help with anything that comes up. They’re friendly, professional, and really make you feel like you’re part of a community. Shelly and Mayson do a great job. As a woman, feeling comfortable and safe in my home is important, and I’ve always felt that here. The staff is incredibly responsive, any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Special shout out to Tom and Cody. I’m so happy I chose ER 6 years ago, and appreciate all the effort the team puts into keeping it such a great place to live. Candace xo

Living at Eagle Rock has been a great experience. The team here is always friendly and truly cares about the residents. They’re quick to respond and go out of their way to help, which makes a big difference. I also want to mention the laundry situation since there seems to be a lot of negative reviews about it. It used to be a bit of a challenge, but the team really listened to our concerns and worked hard to get it fixed. It’s so nice to see that they take feedback seriously and make improvements that benefit everyone. I’m really happy to call Eagle Rock home and appreciate all the effort the staff puts into keeping the community running smoothly!
