I just moved out of this horrific apartments. I would like to say this place is the absolute worst. Not only was I being over charged for a one bedroom. I also got scammed with so many hidden fees by move out. They charge you electricity when you already pay utilities. They charge you storm drainage, and sewage on top of the water charge, and so much more. This place is not only filthy and disgusting. It’s a complete scam. I would say RUN. You can find so many better places in the same neighborhood, this is not worth the risk. Are apartment was pretty much a giant hallway, with a fireplace on the wall of a walkway! Not to mention a creepy mirror door in your main living/dinning “hallway”! We had mold exposure and mice! Which I have never had and we are not on ground level so where it came
I am not going to sit here and say that this building is out of this world but it’s definitely an overall gem. The maintenance team is really nice and always here during business hours. Leasing office team is friendly, flexible and extremely understanding. This area also has so many perks being right by many hiking trails and eateries, across the street from a Safeway plaza that SAVES me so many times. not to mention the minimum 45 minute drive to Denver. You can 100% tell these buildings are old as soon as you take a tour of them. However, as soon as I saw the insane amount of space and storage in my 2/2, I quickly looked past it. When I first moved into this apartment they hid the scent of animal urine with a strong odor of cleaners. Had to move all my stuff out of the bedroom so the carpets could be replaced. They offered nothing for my troubles. Building is not secure because doors are constantly broken. Heat barely works. A bunch of the pipes above my apartment burst and sprayed water all over my belongings. Apartment flooded with about 2 inches of water. Talked to some of the other tenants in the building and they said this happens every winter. I worked with them to find the best solution and was very nice to them. They offered me $500. If I knew what I knew now I would of never moved into this apartment. The buildings are very old and they refuse to take care of them.
I think the price of rent here is actually amazing compared to other apartments that can match the size and amenities of this place. My previous apartment was 650 sqft 2 bed 1 bath and had absolutely no amenities but cost more than what we pay now. Kudos to Eagle Ridge to not selling out and charging $2800 a month like everyone else. We’ve had absolutely no issues since moving in.
This is the stairway from the second floor to the first floor in building 860 on the east side of the building. These are the requests that I have made to have the light fixed. It is too dark to see properly and caused a fall today. Maybe the third request will be the charm (third times the charm and all that). This is why I am rating at a one-star level. The light got fixed. The newer management is doing better. The pool is looking great, and they have been putting in a lot of work to get it ready to open this summer. The pool is open, and the management has been doing really great keeping up with the maintenance around the complex.
