Marcos was absolutely wonderful! He came to fix our patio door and was very kind and professional. When we mentioned that we didn’t have a screen and were having issues with flies getting inside, he went out of his way to come back later with a screen and install it for us. We truly appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail. Thank you, Marcos!

This review is strictly for our wonderful maintenance guys...Frank, Marcos and Geo. They have always been friendly, helpful and informative. They actually enjoy doing a good job and making sure everything runs correctly. Best maintenance crew we have ever had here, in my opinion. Big thank you for all our maintenance guys do!

I think they are nice, Management is very perfectioninal. Maintenance are gentlemen, they go beyond for keep us happy and making sure we are comfortable here. They all make you feel at home. Sometimes I feel like it's a dream. When something goes wrong here,they are on it. Best place ever to live.

When I first moved in, these apartments were amazing but now that they had new ownership take place, it has gone down so bad. They don't do anything as far as securing their residents, the people they have come do jobs, don't know how to work the machinery and they do drink on the job. They had a lawn company come in and claimed that I was harassing them when the lawn company was harassing me here recently, i put in a complaint about it.And I feel like they just had me put it in to use it against me. They try to kick people out without probable cause and then we'll try to make emails to say that you did what they're trying to kick you out for. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, IT'S TRUE BECAUSE THEY JUST SERVED ME A THIRTY DAY NOTICE TODAY FOR DISTURBANCES THAT SHE WAS GOING TO EMAIL ME. I'M SOR

my boyfriend & I went in for a tour for a 1 bdrm model & the property manager was very nice & great to work with. Won’t be able to move in until December but we will most definitely come back to this apartment complex was very lovely.! The office staff was very helpful & very accommodating!
