Eagle Ridge Apartments

The Halloween event at the Apt complex was excellent! Our new management team is outstanding and incredibly friendly! I loved the food, snacks, and drinks served. My favorite part was the movie and popcorn! Thank you, Eagle Ridge Management.

We’ve lived here for 6 years, and the issues we’re dealing with now are completely new. After the front door was finally fixed, we realized our family only had one working key. When we asked the new manager for an additional key, she refused to provide one. I later spoke with maintenance over the weekend, and he was very professional and helped us right away — we now have two keys thanks to him. Today, my husband accidentally locked himself out while walking our dog. It was snowing, he didn’t have his phone, and he simply went to the office to ask for help getting into our own building. Instead of assisting him, the manager left him outside in the cold and responded with attitude, talked over him, accused him of being “argumentative,” and said she didn’t need to help him. Management is abrasive, rude, and unhelpful. As a paying resident I do not expect my needs to be met with reluctance and annoyance. The door to my building had been broken for 4 years, it was just fixed yesterday. Not being used to a fixed entry way, I was locked out while walking the dog. When I go in to get assistance I was met with attitude in dealing with my situation. When I attempted to explain about the door, I was immediately silenced and told I was being argumentative, also that she didn't need to help me, I immediately left and figured out my own way to get in. When I returned to get manager info, I was told I can find it online and my presence was threatening and she was going to call the police. Mind you I was sitting quitely in the waiting area waiting to recieve the number. D

Eagle Ridge is a very kept up building the maintenance is great and reliable Management has always been professional and direct. It’s a great place to live

I've lived at Eagle Ridge Apartments for 3 years, I enjoy living close to Walmart amongst other stores as it's convenient, the size of rooms and overall apartments are nice, and I appreciate the new maintenance guy Victor, he helped fix my water heater when I complained about a few times he actually came and made sure it was working before leaving and noticed my sink and also fixed that. So thanks eagle ridge maintenance!!
