Eagle Ridge Apartments

⚠️Warning⚠️If you are from another country Do Not Apply 🚫They seem nice, however they do E-Verify. We are currently Residents and have all legal paperwork but since we couldn't provide citizenship we weren't able to proceed and finish the application.We were never told about this even when we asked for requirements. Not to mentioned they asked for alot of paperwork requirements, like rentals insurance, letters from previous landlords, pastestubs are fine , but this process drains alot of time to provide and gather all this documents. If you don't have those which most people do not have rentals insured, you won't get accepted. There is no cultural balance here. Good way to take money from applicants. Please be careful! Don't waste your money and time.

It seems like an old apartment complex but still pretty well maintained and kept the fragrance like you get when you get into a new car

I have lived at Eagle Ridge apartments with my sister for 3 years. All of my experiences have always been positive with the staff and maintenance crew. I don't have any complaints with this place and would happily recommend others to come here. I am only moving out because an opportunity to move in with some family members came up, otherwise I would still be living here.

Oh my, where to begin... I moved to Eagle Ridge Apartments, sight unseen from another state, after accepting a job offer in Minnesota. I had to quickly find a place to land while starting a new job and Eagle Ridge Apartments has been perfect in so many ways. The staff in the management office are absolutely amazing!! They are so welcoming, friendly, informative, and efficient. Though I've not had many maintenance issues, the couple times I've needed something addressed, the maintenance crew has been extremely quick to respond. The building I reside in is consistently kept clean and free of debris. The grounds are managed beautifully and in winter the parking lot is plowed expeditiously and the walkways are salted for everyone's safety. Speaking of grounds, there are outdoor BBQ grills, tab

Maintenance fixed the problem with the light in our bathroom. He fix the latch on the door in our other bathroom. It is all working well now.
