Eagle Ridge Apartments

In 2002, The owner walked into our apartment constantly without any notice. One time walked in on my wife, buck naked. I changed the key in the lock and the owner tried to throw us out. The judge threw the case out. So this place is run by bozos.

I have lived here for 10 years now and love it! Friendly, quiet community. Conveniently close to all shops/ restaurants/ new hospital in Canton. Fair pricing. When I moved in, Bill was the property owner/ manager. He bought the land and built everything with his hands back in the 1980's. A true labor of love.Since then, one of his daughters has taken over property management responsibilities and has really done a fantastic job renovating/ modernizing the units. I know that if I ever have any issues, I can call one of them and my problem will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Great value! I will be here for many more years!

My brother lives here. If I did, the neighbors would probably be buried in the backyard, no consideration for others. Apartments are descent though and inexpensive.

Great landlord, Wonderful property manager, well taken care of property, very convenient to anything you need.
