Eagle Reserve Apartments

I lived here 4 just over one year and then due to personal circumstances was affected. I've spent the last three months trying to get ahold of somebody so I can pay my eviction off. I went through the attorney that file the eviction who said to reach out directly to the landlord. I then reached out to Tzadik management, because they were in charge of this complex at the time. They also told me they do not collect for the eviction, that I need to speak to the complex directly. They also did me the favor of reaching out to the complex, who sent a one-line response that said they don't have access to those records. I think if you don't want my money then it behooves you to take the eviction off my record so I can move forward in my rental Journey.

Horrible horrible place. 1. They dont fix anyrhing. 2. The apartment office is always closed and they never answer their phones. 3. If you leave message they never call back. 4. Roaches everywhere and flees. 5. The barely cut the grass 6. They have their favoritios, and some people even have personel numbers to reach office manager name Pam who sides with who she wants. 7. The crime is horrible , the police are here every day. 8. They evict you over petty stuff like visitors staying too long when every person around you has 4 or 5 people living with them. 9. They dont want you talking to your neighbors... Smh. The list goes on. Yea, maybe they have cheap rent but at the end this place is not worth it.

On august 2nd 2016 around 3:30a.m. i was awaken to someone entering my back sliding door without my permission at all to enter.( im staying on the second floor ) There's lot's of drug activities, drug addicts, and wild people that roam the complex all through the day and night. It's an VERY UNSAFE COMMUNITY and it's only getting worse. I spoke with someone in the leasing office about my issue and expressed that i wanted to be let out my lease. But she tells me I'll have to pay two month of rent before I could be let out my lease. When there's no security in the area or monitoring the complex. With that being said your well being and peace of mind don't mean anything to eagle reserve. I'm forced to remain a tenant here living in fear.

live here for a year and half. never able to reach some one in the office about concerns and roaches are everywhere in the refrigerator while plugged in blowing cold air. mildew everywhere in the walls. my kids unable to go outside and play due to all the drug activities and homeless people peeing in the bushes. spent 4 months trying to get in contact with someone in the office had to leave work and come home to go during work hours

Lived here and there was a murder every other month. They are crooks and good luck getting any security deposit back. You are in danger here and by the time you realize it they have you in a contract. It's sad people are being forced to give up security deposits for their safety. They should be shut down. It's beyond me they still are open.
