overall my experience hasn’t been terrible, if you leave leasing alone they leave you alone pretty much. i didn’t have any complaints until recently an assistant or ‘acting manager’ called being domineering. my oven is having a heating issue and i’ve made countless appointments for the maintenance to come through when i’m home and they didn’t show so the work order has been open for several months and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, this person proceeded to call my phone with a hostile tone demanding me to schedule with maintenance this week or they’d give them a key to my home to let them in. she also stated that supposedly the scheduling issue is due to me calling off the appointment? i have not and that’s between them and maintenance, either way ungraceful behavior due to

Unprofessional, unethical, misleading and dishonest! "Susan" sent us to a property that said would soon be available. We drove there and and liked the property. Crystal said we must fill out the application for three adults that would be living there. We did. We waited a week and had to call you to see status as we knew we passed the background check. Susan said the owner changed his mind and wanted to rent it to his family. I said I wanted my money back for the application fee. She said that money was spent on a third party. I said it was specifically for that house and that it is her professional responsibility to take it up with the owner if he recanted his offer. Well karma finally caught up to Eagle Realty! Like someone else stated, you can't treat people the way you do and not expect it to come back on you. You reap what you sow!!!! Everything is good with Susan until someone makes her angry. I have only spoken to her once. I mainly dealt with Crystal. Susan continues to lie about the situation and I was in contact with her while we were still under them, not months after. Never once did I speak ugly to them. She had control of my monies at that point so why would I want to make her mad. Kinda like you don't make the person mad that makes your food. Come to find out I was not the only one she hung up on, as well as funds not being allocated correctly. I have worked with Eagle Realty for the better part of a year. They are professional and compassionate in the execution of their duties. As an expert in land and land use planning I cannot recommend Eagle Realty enough!

Any time I had question or concern I would get a quick and knowledgeable response. A great local help and you can communicate through phone calls, text and email. Susan took great care of my property and always kept me in the loop. Highly recommended!
