Camden Pointe Apartments

The new community manager Erinn Seltzer here is spectacular! She went above and beyond recently to help my elderly mother get set up in her new apartment! I would highly recommend Camden Pointe to anyone looking in Mocksville , NC. Erinn is a super woman!!! Thank you Erinn!

We had MANY issues with our apartment that were mentioned to the property manager and maintenance guy several times. Smoke detectors, bath tub leaking and caused the woman underneath of us to have her ceiling fall in, outlets not working, breaker flipping, bugs, mold on our vents and ceiling, walls cracking, etc. The property manager Erin is very unprofessional, gossiping with the residents about others, screaming at the tenants and lacking her “customer service” attitude. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong key to our mailbox and in the 7 months we resided there we never got another one and told it would “cost us”. She lost our “file” and lease agreement. The dumpsters trash is sky high. The stairs are breaking off. Not to mention if you’re looking for “income based” THIS ISN’T THE PLAC

Erinn has done a phenomenal job at making sure the apartment was absolutely perfect at move in. She has worked really hard at getting everything together. So give her some grace as she's still adjusting and new. These apartments are absolutely beautiful and very spacious inside. We are so happy and excited to make Camden our new home ❤️

My daughter and I met the new manager last week and we were so pleasantly surprised! She’s absolutely amazing and you can tell she cares about the apartment complex. The previous manager was never there. The garbage was piled up and looked disgusting.Thanks to the new manager, we finally got all the information we needed and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much!!

I have been trying to get information for awhile and went into the office, and Erinn had all the answers and I was please with her enthusiasm and resolution skills. Thank Erinn you are the best!
