I am happy to recommend this place, to call their home. I love the clean pristine quality structured apartments with choice features. Love all the staff who are like nice family. I found the prices to be comparable to others but when it came to overall comparison, they are by far #1. Well kept amenities: swimming pool, work out room, theater/party room, social/study area and tanning beds to beat the winter blues. The ambiance is well kept and clean. They frequently have special events to celebrate and get to really know the tenants. The staff are fabulous, always friendly, positive, accommodating and helpful. My #1 maintance guy, actually knows what he is doing and takes pride in his workmanship, and that is more rare these days. He's a keeper! And issues get taken care of most diligently.

I would give it a 0 star if I could have due to the following... Upon moving in the apartments said no animal complex yet every other apartment has one to five animals. There is dog poo everywhere more often than not. Garbage spread throughout when wind blows. They charge for things that are tenants fault. And over charged me 1,000.00 then rather than giving me a choice about my money used it for credit. The office on two occasions were caught talking badly about me and also lying about a staff member ( manager) not being in the office yet you could hear her in the back. It took two days for them to respond to a job that was not my responsibility. If the manager and supervisor leave early then there are things that can not be taken care of they already don't come in on the weekends. I find

The area is pretty simple and quiet. Only lived here for 10 months, but we like it. The management is okay, but the constant maintenance check in the apartment unit and landscaping were pretty annoying. One of my neighbor's dog would not stop whining during the day, you ask how I know it? Because I work from home, I can hear it all day everyday. And the construction in the building is unbearable. Wall is paper thin. And if you don't have the emotional support animal document send to management office when you move in, better pray one of the maintenance inspection staff won't report to the management and get a $250 fine, even if you have it with you. Really strict about their rule. Overall, it's not a bad place to live, we moved out because they're raising the rent.

After moving out, we were shocked by the outrageous move-out charges — even after deep cleaning the entire apartment ourselves. We tried to talk to management about the excessive costs, but they refused to adjust anything. We then mailed them a check to pay the balance and even called twice to confirm they received it — both times, they said they did. Weeks later, we got a second notice claiming we hadn’t paid because they apparently never processed the check. Their lack of communication and responsibility is unbelievable. We did everything right on our end, and yet we’re being penalized for their mistake. Definitely would not recommend renting here — the management is disorganized, unhelpful, and makes move-out far more stressful than it needs to be.
