Boulders Apartments

Fantastic place. Very quick and easy lease process with the office team. The office regularly communicates with the residents regarding community events, specials, etc. Maintenance is very responsive and does a good job keeping the grounds clean. You know it’s a great place when the only complaints are that the parking lot lines are wearing.

Have lived here a year and a half. The apartment complex itself is nice, apartments are large and decently priced. However, I need to tell you about Ashley the manager. She works over at Barrington Apartments, but also works for Boulder. Ashley is hands down the best manager I've ever worked with. She is always kind, and cheerful. She goes out of her way to help with any issues you may have. She is the only reason we've stayed at this complex as long as we have!! I recommend the apartments, but if you have issues or anything, please take them to Ashley-- she will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied!!

These apartments are nice and the area is so quiet. Nate is an amazing manager, very friendly and nice to interact with. He made the move into the apt so easy, keeps his appointments, and has a extremely good memory, remembering surprising details! Boulders is a nice, clean, friendly apartment complex that I consider myself fortunate to have found. It's a great place to live close to my family!

I have enjoyed living at the Boulder apartments for almost 3 years now. They are decently priced and spacious apartments for what you are paying for. Any time I have had a maintenance issue I always have gotten a response within a couple days from the friendly maintenance crew. Especially Peter, he’s the man and is very handy. Nate has been a really easy going and cool guy to have as a landlord. He’s very helpful and understanding of situations and is stupendous at his job. The only downside is sometimes you’ll get some wonderful neighbors that will not let you have any fun on the weekends, but other than that, Overall, I recommend and enjoy the Boulder experience.

The neighborhood is really quiet, and the apartments are wonderful. How convenient is the park? Nate is a fantastic manager who is pleasant to work with. I love how close the EWU campus is to the complex as well. I feel fortunate to have found Boulders, a nice, tidy, and welcoming apartment building.
