Eagle Creek Townhomes

The office was very unprofessional until I spoke with the manager nothing would get done. I had mold that ruined my closet full of clothes that they took months to fix. The community was dirty and littered with trash. The dumpster area always look like a junk yard. The apartment was dirty and run down and parking is a nightmare. Not worth the price or hassle.

Virtual tours are okay, however to send someone a lease to sign when they aren't able to see the actual townhome. Miss information concerning the application fee plus deposit/ administration fee. Choose not to take the place and lost $100. Be sure before completing an application and be okay with not seeing the actual townhome.

Our person (I think his name was Elijah was so great. He really emphasized all the high points of interest, and was so very knowledgeable about the entire package! He showed us a couple of very nice apartments. We are still looking at our options, but it was sure awesome to have such a well informed employee on hand to help us with all the questions we had! A+

Actually horrifically unprofessional... Had a tour scheduled and confirmed multiple times, no one showed up and no one ever answered calls/texts. Drove 2.5 hours for the day to come tour apartments, and this place completely wasted my time. From what I was able to see on the outside, the apartments are super rundown and not kept-up with. Stay away from this embarrassingly unprofessional property.

How disrespectful! They made us show up for our appointment at 1:00 p.m., and no one helped us. They wasted our time. It's not serious to do business with this apartment complex.
