After contacting two other builders who did not want to engage in our project, we chose Eagle Creek Builders to build our custom home and are so thrilled! From the initial conversations and plan reviews, to design meetings and construction, everyone was so great to work with! Ethan was our project manager and was very attentive to all of our questions and needs through the process. He was patient with us and quick to respond. He helped make suggestions and communicated to us with schedule updates and subcontractor choices. We would recommend Eagle Creek to build your home.

We purchased our home from Eagle Creek Homes nearly four months ago. Overall, the construction process went smoothly. Ethan was our project manager, and we genuinely enjoyed working with him. He was responsive, kind, and thorough—no question or concern was ever dismissed. Any upgrades or changes we requested were submitted promptly, and his communication was excellent throughout the build. Eagle Creek Homes offers a one-year warranty, which we are grateful for; however, our experience with the warranty department has been extremely frustrating. The first few submissions were handled fairly smoothly, and within reason. Our 30-day warranty walk took place on October 23, where we documented several issues that needed attention. We recently built our custom home with Eagle Creek. Tom helped us through many revisions to ensure we were completely satisfied with the overall floor plan and worked with us to choose the best lot. James was our project manager and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and all details were addressed in a timely manner. He even went to find a replacement cover for a lighting fixture we had ordered and it was broken. Prior to building with Eagle Creek we had built with one of the bigger named builders in the area and we were given little ability to customize anything. Their finishes (even the “upgrades”) were cheap. Eagle Creek’s baseline is quality. From trim to cabinets, it’s a higher quality.

From showing the salesman my house plan to completion of project, things ran smoothly. My project manager, Jeff, kept things moving and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. He was very meticulous. Any requests or changes I had were never a problem and he made sure to get things done to my satisfaction. The building process with Eagle Creek was…easy. If I didn’t love my house, I would do it again!

We chose Eagle Creek to build our home in Cascade township and overall had an excellent experience! No regrets! I'm admittedly not an easy customer...very hands on and particular about the details.
