Danielle was an amazing manager and landlord! She helped me and my family get in quickly and was always very understanding. I’ve had my fair share of interactions with other management companies and EA is the best by far!! If you’re looking for someone to manage your home or a place to rent, you will never go wrong with this company.

This was my first time renting alone and the whole move-in process was an absolute nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding this property management company at all costs. Everyone at every level is inconsiderate and incompetent. My “move-in ready” apartment had no hot water for almost 6 days, during which time I stopped hearing from my landlord (because he was “traveling”) for two whole days with no updates on when someone would be coming. At the very least I would have appreciated communication so I could plan. The worst part though is that I got locked out of my apartment the second night due to no fault of my own. Someone locked the gate to the courtyard of the property, and I had not been issued a key to that gate. The landlord asked me to meet the locksmith alone at 11pm if I wanted to

I've been renting from E.A. Property Management since January and they are the BEST! Colter is responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Communication has been top notch and I've experienced ZERO problems!!! Their rental properties are clean, up to date and affordably priced. I HIGHLY recommend E.A. Blake is awesome to work with when I applied he told me right away that they'd only been one person to apply and was on top of his game to get me everything I needed asap so he could get the ball rolling on his end to see if I qualified for the place! He even stayed super late to show me the property even though it was at 630pm on a Friday!!! Thanks Blake

This is truly the most unprofessional, rude and inattentive management company. I submitted an order for no heat on January 2, 2025, a few days later, still no heat, on January 8, 2025 I asked for an update (at this point it was snowing) Abby who is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. Stated she will arrange for a portable heater to be dropped off later that day. At 4:50pm I reached out because I still had no heat, no portable heater, and it was freezing! She stated they were out of portable heaters and she will arrange for the portable heater be dropped off tomorrow, January 9. It is now January 10, 2025. Still NO heat in the home, no portable heater like promised, nor did anyone from the office contact me, even after I asked for an update and expressed how unaccepta
