E6 Apartments

I want to share my positive experience touring with Kayla at E6 apartments. Kayla did an exceptional job & did her due diligence showing me everything! Kayla made me excited about moving into the first floor apartment with tall ceilings, concrete flooring, espresso cabinets, & a patio across from the pool. Kayla, Marcos, Taylor, & Colton were all very friendly! They made me realize it’s a community I would like to live at with my dogs! The community seems to be very dog friendly 🐶🐶! They even have a dog washing station. The move in progress went very smooth today with Kayla. I’m excited to use all the amenities & experience what downtown living is all about. I recently signed the lease without even seeing the unit in person, and Kayla was very helpful she shared photos, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. When I arrived, Colton was also extremely helpful, showing me how everything works in the apartment. Both Kayla and Colton made the entire experience easy, fast, and trustworthy!

I currently live here and I have for about seven or so months. Location couldn’t be better. Perfect part of sixth Street. The entire staff is very friendly, responsive and keep the building tidy. They often host Resident get togethers and provide food and drink. Amenities are nice and well kept. Parking is never an issue. Overall 10/10 - thanks E6 apartments!

Just finished my year at e6. The location is great and the staff is even better. Big shout out to Colton, he made everything awesome. From the process of signing my lease, moving to living here, Colton has continued to be awesome. Also shout out to the maintenance staff who is both fast and friendly.

Wilfredo did a great maintenance work! Showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. Very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
